This note is to create the blog to be used on the trip, and to set up its various parameters.

This is not a private blog, but no search engine will see it - so no one will find it unless you or I tell them where it is.

I intend not to identify any family or friends to anyone who might stumble across this blog - it's ours and we'll keep it that way. You're welcome to tell other family members or close friends.
